Conclusion
Indeed, free and accurate access to information from government programs, long-standing eligibility and application processes open the way to fulfilling the obligations of Section 4 of the Information Rights Act. According to RTI, all citizens of India have the right to ask questions to the government and the government is obliged to answer them. However, the question must be related to an obligation that directly affects the public. But slowly, we can be confident that people will have real power in the future. It is no exaggeration to say that India will become a true digital platform if the goals of the Common Service Scheme are truly pursued.
