Natham Patta

AD Conditioned Patta

Request the Patta Name Transfer Application form when you arrive at the office. Keep the sale deed, electricity bill, tax receipts, and encumbrance certificate handy. You must fill out the application form and sign it, along with the necessary documents and fees. It takes 30 days for the changes to reflect in the paper.
