Yes, Bulk reminders is a paid feature and Khatabook charges a nominal amount to recover the cost of sending SMS, calls or whatsapp messages from its account. Cost of sending SMS is 1 coin per SMS, and cost of IVR (Call Reminder) is 3 coins per call. The charge will only be incurred if the reminder is delievered successfully.
