From home page- 

• Click on ₹ on top right 
• Select customer to receive payments from 
• Enter the amount Click on 'Request Money

From Money page-

• Click on 'Money' select 'Request Money' 
• Select a contact to receive payments from 
• Enter the amount Click 'Request Money

From a customers khata-

• Select a customer
• Click on 'Payment' Enter the amount
• Click 'Request Money

Note- To request money, you must add a bank account
